Too much technology gets bought. Too little gets used
TellzLabs exists to close that gap — advice that is honest about what will work and what won't, and software that ships and gets used.
The story
We watched companies buy impressive technology that their teams quietly ignored: dashboards nobody opened, chatbots nobody trusted, systems that made work harder instead of easier.
The problem was rarely the technology. It was that nobody had been honest at the start about what was worth building.
So that became the company: an AI, automation and software consultancy where honesty is the product. We tell you what will work, what won't, and what we would not build — then we build the part that's worth it, and stay until it's used.
Small and medium companies, any industry — often with tools nobody uses, or an idea they can't size yet.
Headquartered in Dubai, working across the US, Europe, Asia and MENA. Engagements run remotely.
No published prices, no generic timelines. Both are agreed per scope, after the assessment.
How we work, on one line
From the first conversation to the software still running — four steps, one motion.
We start by listening
The door is open. Your problem, in your words, first.
We advise honestly
Pointed at the truth, including what we would not build.
We design and build
A BRD and a working demo first, then the software itself.
We stay and support
After launch, keeping it sharp, secure and improving.

We'd rather lose a sale than overpromise.
